Comoptions:description:the car was originally purchased in south carolina and was eventually sold to its second owner in maine. It was then purchased by a dealer in massachusetts who sold it to me. This is an original car that is completely rust free and shows no signs of ever having been in an accident. Most of the paint is original with a few touch up spots. The original interior is in excellent condition, however the dash has a few wrinkles. The engine compartment has been cleaned and detailed, the 340 engine runs like new, and it has a new dual exhaust system. The car is currently registered and has passed the state inspection. Its a great running car and i would trust driving it across the country. It does not have power brakes, however the brakes work well. The car has factory air conditioning and it may need a recharge to operate at its full capacity. Air Conditioning

I carry a wireless bluetooth speaker in the car that i am able to set outside when i am at a local cruise in spot. 1970 bucket seats (bottoms need redone rips in seat cover see pics). Front seatbelts have been washed and are soft to the touch. Buckles on the front seats have been powder coated black for durability to resist scratching and long lasting good looks. Rear seat is in good condition. Door panels are driver condition (see pics ) a/c and int fan do not work. Driver condition original buick floor mats. Carpet could use replacing. This is a great driver condition car to go to local cruise ins or have a fun weekend out. Without question it gets a lot of attention from people of every walk of life. Overall the care is in goodcondition and i will try and describe each area. If i forgot something pleaseemail with questions. It however isnot perfect and not in show condition. There is a few spots on the car that willneed some attention or drive as is. The spots are on the back quarters, fender wheelsand one on the roof. This car spent its days in north carolina and the undercarriage shows it. I would recommend buying new window rubber seals for car asthey are showing their age. It will also need a new trunk lock which are roughly$15. Mechanical: the car runs, drives shifts through all gears and clutch isstrong. I believe the borg warner 4 speed trans has been rebuilt as well as allnew shift linkage. The engine is a 215 v8 that produces 200hp and 300 pounds which makes manual steering effortless. It holds about30-32lbs oil pressure once warmed up which is good for this engine at idle. Akill switch with electric fuel pump was added to delete the mechanical pump. Alllights work except for the turn signals.

The cortez gold paint is stunning and shows very well. Its super glossy and has nearly no imperfections only a few minor chips touched up along the door. There are no paint bubbles or blisters anywhere. The body is laser straight and all the chrome is like new. The white convertible top is power and goes up and down easily. The tops condition is like new as well. No rips or tears and it has a boot to cover it when down. The interior is all original and still looks excellent. The carpet is excellent, the door panels are also very nice and the boot for the top is like new. The dash is original and in great condition and everything is working properly. Ice cold air , heat , and power top complete the interiors functions. I replaced the rubber seals along the top and also on the side . The under carriage on this car is what will sell everyone. Its spotless and show worthy. All the suspension is new . New shocks, springs , tie rods etc. Exhaust is all new and sounds great.

The paint paint has a few scratches and there is areas with small rust bubbles that will need to be fixed someday. The windshield has a crack in the drivers corner. The radio is not in the dash but there is one laying in the trunk. This car is a great driver but would need some work to be a show car.
